A photographer and reporter for two Delaware newspapers, our founder Joe Redden spent a considerable amount of time on backroads searching for interesting subjects to photograph. In 1996, he began Foto Doctor, digitally restoring old and damaged photographs. He never gave up his love of photography, however, continuing to shoot weddings and events. Joe holds an associate's degree in photography from Cecil College in Northeast Maryland as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Delaware. His work has been on exhibit throughout Delaware and Maryland as well as Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.
